Privacy Policy

WWe appreciate you taking the time to look over our company’s Privacy Policy. There will be times when it’s necessary for the Princeton Home Center (PHC) to collect specific personal information about customers and visitors to our website. Said information will include both identifiable personal data (IPD), along with non-identifiable personal information (NIPD). IPD will be collected when you engage in contracted services through the PHC, or use our website for a transaction or subscription service. NIPD is collected automatically when you visit our website and is then stored in our system.

This Privacy Policy explains to customers, and potential customers, what types of information we will collect and how that information is used. For the most part, we collect information to ensure network integrity so that we can continue providing you with the relevant content and high-quality service you need. On occasion, the PHC is required by law to collect personal information about our customers. Unless otherwise required by law, we carefully undertake precautions to protect our customers’ data.

The Princeton Home Center respects customer privacy and the privacy of others who access our website. We make every attempt to protect their personal information, and notably when they enter into a contractual agreement with us. We don’t sell your personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

The PHC collects some personal data from users when they access our website, sign up for our newsletter, request a free price quote, or otherwise purchase any of our products and services. Some of this is done through using “cookie” technology. We also maintain the right to combine information we gather from our business partners or affiliates.

Using Personal Data

The PHC occasionally may use your personal information to contact you about special promotions, advise you on matters relevant to service provisions and, in other cases, to request your customer feedback. We will provide you with the option within each and every communication to “opt out” of receiving communications of this type, or you can call our customer service department at: (800) 245-8756 to cease those activities at any time.

Site Linking

Our website contains many links to sites that are managed by third parties unrelated to us. The PHC cannot be held responsible for any use of your personal information derived from your disclosure of said personal information on third party sites. We cannot protect any information that you disclose on those third-party sites and it’s our recommendation that you review the specific Privacy and Policy statements of the sites you visit.

Reservation of Rights

We further reserve the right to disclose personal information with law enforcement officials to investigate or prevent illegal activities being committed by using our network.

The PHC also reserves the right to provide your personal information when you’ve given us explicit legal written consent to do so. We further reserve the right to monitor user and network traffic for the purposes of security, and to prevent any unauthorized attempts to tamper with our site operations and/or cause damage or harm to our property.

And finally, the PHC reserves the right to make changes and periodic updates to this Privacy Policy, when needed. Whenever a major Privacy Policy change is required, our customers will be notified by email message and/or through a posted notice on our site.
